Great app, could use customability
Im stepping up to an international distance tri this fall and I love having a quick reference tool to keep me on track with my training. The tips are good, but what I really like are the training drills built into the training schedules. One change I wish theyd make is to allow the user to swap workouts around to different days of the week. Integration with imapmyfitness would also be sweet, if you could swing it.
Update: the new version lets you change the workout schedule, but its still not as flexible as Id hoped. Instead of a drag and drop feature, it lets you choose from 40+ schedules. So, an improvement, but not quite there yet. Still a great app and definitely recommend it, but theres still room for some additional flexibility.
